Competition Law

Competition rules are the fundamental rules governing the corporate sector, which apply to all types of economic activity in Estonia and the EU. Complying with the competition rules is becoming ever more relevant due to the strengthening of supervision. We assist clients in all aspects of national and EU competition law to ensure commercially beneficial solutions without breaching the rules. Our attorneys have good insight and understanding of the competition authorities’ work thanks to their previous employment with the Estonian Competition Authority.
Our attorneys help clients with compliance programs, competition law training, and monitoring. We advise on receiving all relevant clearances from respective authorities, e.g. those related to merger control. We also assist in connection with abuse of dominant position cases, cartel cases, drafting and assessing agreements, dawn raids, state aid, actions for damages, and leniency applications.
