Real Estate Transactions

Real estate transactions require a versatile and comprehensive competence from different practice areas – planning, tax, private funding, finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as other relevant fields. Advising clients on real estate transactions is one the cornerstones of our work.
We help our clients with questions related to development projects and commercial and residential real estate transactions. In addition, we advise on real estate development funding, co-investment, and exiting investments. We actively participate in negotiating and concluding transactions as well as project management.
